I am a PhD candidate at Tel Aviv University, jointly supervised by Prof. Yael Hanein and Prof. Hava Siegelmann in the
Neuro-Engineering Lab.
I study naturalistic motor control decoded from high-resolution surface electromyography (sEMG), building estimation
and sequence models that recover movement from soft printed electrode array recordings under unconstrained conditions.
My work spans finger joint angle and gesture estimation, real-time low-latency decoding, and decomposing continuous
sEMG–IMU recordings into the elementary actions that make up natural movement — aimed at assistive interfaces and
movement disorders. This builds on my MSc in computational neuroscience from the Hebrew University, where I studied
single-neuron information processing.
